APM Technologies High-efficiency Energy Recycling System (back-saving Loading):

APM Technologies high-efficiency energy recycling system (back-saving loading) is using PWM grid-tied inverter technology for energy recovery. The system can be used for the aging process and testing of various types AC-DC and DC-DC direct current (DC) power supply units and batteries, thus for replacing the traditional resistive load and energy-based electronics load. This APM energy recycling system is capable of recovering and saving energy while avoiding the heat problems of traditional energy-based heating load, thus greatly improves the production & working environment while eliminating the need of extra expenditures for a heat disperser installation.APM Technologies energy recycling system utilizes the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) inverter technology. While meeting vital electrical requirements, the energy recycling system has eliminated the need of expensive, bulky and heavy frequency transformer, thus effectively improve the overall characteristics of the system. Pure sine wave current feedback does not contribute to the "grid pollution" of "utility grid." This energy recycling system can be connected in parallel combination, and after being combined with the unit energy-saving load module, you can easily get a multi-group of large capacity energy-saving load.

Working Principle of Proposal #1:
The output DC electricity from burn-in testing equipment, after a DC-DC voltage boosting, is converted from 19 V to the DC voltage that ranging from 150 – 550 V. The DC voltage is then integrated through a combiner box and conveyed to a 3-kW solar PV inverter assembly. Through the PV solar inverter, the DC electricity is converted to AC sine wave electricity with a rated voltage of 220V before it is remitted to a power grid for redistribution so as to achieve the purpose of grid-connected electricity energy recovery.On the other hand, a monitoring computer (PC) not only can display the equipment or installation's real-time operation conditions (such as the amount of generated electricity, power, monthly and yearly data, etc.), but it also serves to control the rated power output of each PV solar inverter. Such a function enable the solar inverter to be adjusted in the range of 0 – 100% to adapt to the continuously fluctuated loading output power in an actual production environment.Nevertheless, this APM Technologies electricity energy recovery system is not designed to use for the control of DC voltage step-up installation (Note: such installation is provided by factory operator). In order to ensure the energy recovery system operating in a normal & stable way, the DC voltage boost (i.e. from 19 V to the range of 150 – 550 V) for providing a stable voltage to the system is a prerequisite necessary.

Main Interface of APM Monitoring System:

APM Technologies' self-developed monitoring system is a "Wed" based remote monitoring system that can be used to provide a reliable & low-cost monitoring solution to the electricity energy recovery system of a burn-in process. The user only needs to install our "B/S" monitoring solution to a computer (PC), setup the desirable power installation (e.g. power station) information, select the appropriate communication add-on and bind it with the corresponding equipment data source. Once the system is connected to this website, the operator will be able to real-time monitor the operation of power installation, such as to monitor the amount of generated electricity, power, monthly & yearly data, and so on.The operator of monitoring system can use a variety of analytic charts to analyze the company's solar power electricity generation regularity, trends of future power generation and so on, so as to provide constructive references for company's decision making about power electricity production.The operator of monitoring system can use a variety of analytic charts to analyze the company's solar power electricity generation regularity, trends of future power generation and so on, so as to provide constructive references for company's decision making about power electricity production.

Working Principle of Proposal #2:
The DC power output of burn-in test installation through its DC current output connections is transferring to a current distributing box. From here, the current distributor will gather multiple DC input currents into a combiner box, and then the integrated current (19V voltage and 50A current) from the combiner box will enter a 1 kW inverter module. The inverter module will convert the integrated DC current to an alternating current (AC) of rated voltage 220V, 4.55A and with a frequency of 50Hz before transmitting it to a utility grid so as to achieve the purpose of grid-tied power electricity recovery.Among them, through the real-time monitoring of the tracking system's operational status by APM Technologies' self-developed monitoring system, data will be sent to the computer (PC) display. Another important feature of PC is able to control the value of input current coming from each channel of the input current Distributor, and the power of inverter module, so as to fit the high fluctuation characteristics of factory load.
